She uses Structural Therapy as a foundation to her Therapy and works hard with her Client's to gain more emotional health & well being, Over the past 30 years, she has dealt and assisted with minor to major issues such as self worth, conflict, anger, communication, trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, workplace issues. Shala is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist® & Marriage and Family Therapist with a specialty in transforming relationships to one's self and relationships with others by providing quality counselling services to teens, adults, couples and families. The counselling process provides the opportunity for clients to work towards living more satisfying and resourceful lives by addressing and resolving specific problems, making decisions, coping with crisis, coping with anxiety, feelings of depression, developing personal insights and knowledge, working through feelings of inner conflict and improving relationships with others.

Terry specializes in helping those struggling with addictions (including Sex Addition) using a variety of therapeutic skills such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, 12 Step Facilitation, and Motivational Interviewing. He also work with individuals, couples, and families with struggles in anger, anxiety, and depression.





Cheryl Shea

Over the past 20 years Cheryl has helped hundreds of individuals address present frustrations and disappointments, compassionately uncover emotional injuries and use their strengths to build a hope filled future. She believes in a collaborative counselling approach where you work together to find real solutions for the struggles you face in your life. Specifically she works with people dealing with depression, anxiety, anger issues, trauma related stress, and grief, as well as individuals looking to improve their overall personal and relational health. Cheryl is a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC) and Master Practitioner in Clinical Counsellor (MPCC) with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association. She holds a Master of Divinity degree from Taylor Seminary/Edmonton Baptist Seminary and a B.Sc. from the University of Winnipeg.

Mikylah is a Marriage and Family Therapist, who specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families in a way that works with the system dynamics as they impact individuals. Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship problems are just some of the things people may experience as painful side effects in their lives. Prioritizing individual values and beliefs is a key part of creating goals and treatment plans, as she works using a client centered approach to work to deal with issues and gain more health in life.





Donna Damsgaard

Donna’s specialty is working with children, youth, and their families from a developmental and strength-based perspective. Her focus with families is to promote the optimal development of children, and youth toward their best potential. Donna is an accredited parent educator and child, youth and family therapist. Her therapeutic modalities include: play and expressive therapy techniques, family systems, cognitive behaviour therapy, solution-focused, and trauma informed approaches.





Edith Dening

Edith's specialty is working with adolescents and young adults who struggle with anxiety , depression, emotional regulation and youth who are at risk. She also works with adults and couples using a systems approach, emotionally focused therapy, and solution focused therapy.





Blaine Findlay

Blaine specializes in Individual, Couple & Family therapy. He works with an electic framework based on Transpersonal Psychology, as an umbrella with Family System Theory, CBT, Existentialism, Solution focused theory & Feminism. Blaine also has a strong skill set with working with individuals with developmental/learning & acquired brain injury & mental health conditions.

Dawn is a Marital and Family Therapist with close to 10 years of experience who specializes in working with individuals, couples, families and students of therapy within a family systems framework. Dawn works with the underlying goal to support people to better understand themselves and their dynamics to create interpersonal healing and fulfilling relationships.

Jane's specialty is working with children and families who may have needs in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief, separation and divorce. Jane also has experience working with children and families with special needs,ESL and First Nation Metis and Inuit.
