Edith's specialty is working with adolescents and young adults who struggle with anxiety , depression, emotional regulation and youth who are at risk. She also works with adults and couples using a systems approach, emotionally focused therapy, and solution focused therapy.

Terry specializes in helping those struggling with addictions (including Sex Addition) using a variety of therapeutic skills such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, 12 Step Facilitation, and Motivational Interviewing. He also work with individuals, couples, and families with struggles in anger, anxiety, and depression.

Mikylah is a Marriage and Family Therapist, who specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families in a way that works with the system dynamics as they impact individuals. Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship problems are just some of the things people may experience as painful side effects in their lives. Prioritizing individual values and beliefs is a key part of creating goals and treatment plans, as she works using a client centered approach to work to deal with issues and gain more health in life.

Audrey uses an eclectic approach to therapy drawing on her professional training and personal life. She works with disorder eating, substance issues, financial disorders, gambling, sexual addictive issues, partners of addicts, depression, anxiety, trauma issues, attachment issues, anger issues, self worth, and others issues as well. She works with individuals, groups, couples, family, youth, LGBTQ and First Nations community. It is her personal goal to help anyone become the person they were meant to be in an accetping and empathetic environment.

Blaine specializes in Individual, Couple & Family therapy. He works with an electic framework based on Transpersonal Psychology, as an umbrella with Family System Theory, CBT, Existentialism, Solution focused theory & Feminism. Blaine also has a strong skill set with working with individuals with developmental/learning & acquired brain injury & mental health conditions.

Dawn is a Marital and Family Therapist with close to 10 years of experience who specializes in working with individuals, couples, families and students of therapy within a family systems framework. Dawn works with the underlying goal to support people to better understand themselves and their dynamics to create interpersonal healing and fulfilling relationships.

Jane's specialty is working with children and families who may have needs in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief, separation and divorce. Jane also has experience working with children and families with special needs,ESL and First Nation Metis and Inuit.

Cheryl Shea


Over the past 20 years Cheryl has helped hundreds of individuals address present frustrations and disappointments, compassionately uncover emotional injuries and use their strengths to build a hope filled future. She believes in a collaborative counselling approach where you work together to find real solutions for the struggles you face in your life. Specifically she works with people dealing with depression, anxiety, anger issues, trauma related stress, and grief, as well as individuals looking to improve their overall personal and relational health. Cheryl is a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC) and Master Practitioner in Clinical Counsellor (MPCC) with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association. She holds a Master of Divinity degree from Taylor Seminary/Edmonton Baptist Seminary and a B.Sc. from the University of Winnipeg.
