Deb takes special interest in assisting others to explore and gain what they need to grow and heal. She works with individuals, couples, families, students of Therapy and workplace sites. She uses Structural Therapy as a foundation to her Therapy and works hard with her client’s to gain more emotional health & well being. Over the past 30 years she has dealt and assisted with minor to major issues such as self worth, conflict, anger, communication, trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, workplace issues. Deb’s style is collaborative in nature and is compassion based with what she does.

Dawn is a Marital and Family Therapist with close to 17 years of experience who specializes in working with individuals, couples, families and students of therapy within a family systems framework. Dawn works with the underlying goal to support people to better understand themselves and their dynamics to create interpersonal healing and fulfilling relationships.

Jackie Flowers

MACP, CCC

Jackie specializes in providing Individual, Couple and Family Therapy. Using the Adult Attachment Model, Cognitive Behavioral and a Tauma Informed approach, she works with clients to understand how their interpersonal experiences both past and current, contribute to and shape the way they view themselves and interact with others. By viewing the client’s life experiences through an attachment lens, Jackie helps clients to gain awareness and shift patterns that impact facets of daily life. She also helps clients develop strategies and solutions that promote healing and emotional wellness. Her goals include improving communication, conflict resolution skills and self worth.. she is welcoming in her practice and excited to share her expertise with others.

Terry Mah

MA, RCT, CCC, CSAT, CMAT, RMFT

Terry provides a safe, confidential and caring environment to talk and work through struggles in life and relationships. Terry believes in developing greater self-compassion, a deeper understanding of self, and awareness of the impact of the context of our lives on how we relate to ourselves and others. Terry consults with individuals and couples on a variety issues such as depression, anxiety, addictions (drugs, alcohol, gambling, love, and sex), trauma, parenting, and relationship issues. Terry uses a variety of counselling approaches including narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, EMDR, and family systems therapy.

Blaine Findlay

Blaine specializes in Individual, Couple & Family therapy. He works with an electic framework based on Transpersonal Psychology, as an umbrella with Family System Theory, CBT, Existentialism, Solution focused theory & Feminism. Blaine also has a strong skill set with working with individuals with developmental/learning & acquired brain injury & mental health conditions.

Rahul James

Rahul, a dedicated Registered Social Worker, is deeply committed to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care to his clients. He brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his counseling practice, employing an array of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet individual needs. Among his arsenal of approaches, Rahul skillfully utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), recognized for its effectiveness in trauma treatment, Motivational Interviewing (MI) to foster intrinsic motivation and positive behavioral change, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients accept and commit to their values, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) focusing on emotional regulation and interpersonal skills, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address thought patterns and behaviors. Rahul’s comprehensive utilization of these diverse therapeutic modalities showcases his commitment to providing holistic and personalized care to support clients on their unique mental health journeys.

Kelly Jorgenson

Kelly’s respectful, empathetic, and collaborative approach can assist with life challenges that may be presenting and affecting yours and your family’s well being and sense of self. Kelly has worked in the mental health/ counselling field for over 20 years and is a Counselling Therapist as well as an IFS informed Therapist that assists with trauma, anxiety, and depression. She also uses Family Systems Therapy; Relational life therapy; Solution focused Brief Therapy; Narrative therapy, Cognitive behavioural therapy and Gottman couples practices and strategies.

Jessica Heroux

We are delighted to welcome Jessica Heroux to our team for her January 2024 internship! Pursuing a Counselling Psychology Master’s at Yorkville University, she holds seven years of teaching experience with children aged 4-17, showcasing a strong commitment to diverse cultural communities. Shifting focus to mental health counselling, Jessica emphasizes cultural sensitivity and empowerment through Client-Centered and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapies. Her adaptability to diverse theoretical perspectives underscores her commitment to tailor therapy, reflecting her dedication and passion for mental health.
